Paula Elliott, Owner/Tax Professional paula@elliott-accounting.com
Paula graduated from Central Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. After graduating, she worked for several firms in Warrensburg, gaining valuable experience in auditing and tax preparation. In 1980 Paula started her own firm and has been providing great service to her clients ever since. Paula prepares individual, corporate, partnership, not-for-profit returns and trust returns as well as provides consultation for both new and existing clients.
Most recently, Paula has extended her knowledge in the area of investments and has obtained her securities licenses and gained the designation of Financial Advisor as a representative with Waddell & Reed Financial Services, providing financial investment advisory services.
Connie Vickers, Tax Professional/Office Manager

Connie specializes in preparing individual income tax returns and is the office manager for the firm. She has been with the firm for nineteen years and her knowledge in all aspects of office activity and recognition of each person when they enter our business provides superior customer service. Connie frequently attends seminars providing up to date information on changes and new tax laws pertaining to individual income tax preparation. She has expert knowledge in the preparation of out of state tax returns.

Teresa graduated from Central Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. After graduation she was employed by BKD, LLC in the Small Business Services Department. She also worked in the Tax Department of Meara, King & Co on the Plaza for two years before returning to Warrensburg. She prepares individual, partnership, corporate, partnership, not-for-profit, and trust returns, and serves as supervisor for the accounting department. She is also our in-house consultant for software such as Quicken, QuickBooks, Peachtree, and Client Bookkeeping Solutions. Teresa passed the Uniform CPA Exam and has received her license from Missouri State Board of Accountancy.
Amy Livengood, Accountant

Amy works closely with our accounting clients providing financial statement preparation and payroll services. She also prepares indiviual, corporate and non-profit tax returns. Amy was awarded the Martin Luther King, Jr. Freedom Scholarship in the Spring of 2003. She graduated from UCM in December 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. She is currently pursuing a masters degree from UCM.

Deanna joined our office in December 2005. Working closely with our monthly accounting clients, her duties include bank reconciliation, payroll, monthly and quarterly reports, financial statement preparation and special projects. Deanna brings to our firm 15 years of customer services skills gained in the banking industry. She is also pursuing a degree in accounting..
Beth Ann Head, Accountant bethann@elliott-accounting.com
Beth Ann graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting and Business Law. A military spouse, Beth Ann has diverse experience in working with others, from individual tax returns to filing for 501(c) 3 status for non-profit organizations. As the newest member of our team, Beth Ann's responsibilites will include tax return preparation and assisting in the Waddell and Reed office.

Julie joined our firm in November 2007. She received her BSBA in Accounting from UCM in 2001. Julie has worked in corporate accounting for Farmland Industries and Sprint. She also has small business experience having managed payroll and bookkeeping for an area heating and cooling contractor. While working closely with our monthly accounting clients, her duties include bank reconciliation, payroll, monthly and quarterly reports, financial statement preparation and special project.

Scotti brings over 5 years of customer service experience gained in a variety of settings, including insurance and healthcare industries. She graduated Cum Laude in May 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from UCM. Scotti has the vital role of greeting all of our clients and keeping the office running in a smooth manner during our busiest time of the year. She is also assists with the Waddell & Reed Finance Projects.
